We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our growing team. You will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making.

The role will involve handling day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure financial efficiency. You will work closely with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulations

• Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

• Support audits and tax filings

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes

• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Desirable

• Experience working in a digital agency or fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of eCommerce business models

• Experience with financial forecasting and strategic planning

• Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
