Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and driven Marketing Coordinator who wants more than a standard marketing role. What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and organize marketing projects from planning through execution
Coordinate vendors, timelines, signage, branded apparel, and marketing materials
Assist with content planning, newsletters, micro blogs, and campaign execution
Support and organize photography shoots, video shoots, and content production
Capture behind-the-scenes content during events, field visits, and marketing activities
Track budgets, invoices, marketing inventory, and campaign expenses
Review public reputation and identify weak points in marketing performance
Attend meetings, track action items, and ensure project follow-through
Help organize trade shows, promotional activities, customer events, and community events
Collaborate closely with leadership, sales teams, and external partners
Assist with occasional sales ride-alongs and marketing research initiatives
Help maintain consistent branding and communication across multiple companies

What We’re Looking For

Highly organized with strong project coordination abilities
Strong communication and time management skills
Comfortable balancing creativity and structure in a fast-paced environment
Experience coordinating or participating in photography/video shoots required
Photography, videography, or editing experience is a strong asset
Event coordination experience is considered an asset
Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Comfortable using AI tools to assist with work
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Must live within 50 kilometers of Watford, Ontario and work on site full time

Experience:

Pay: $50,000.00-$67,750.94 per year
