Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to manage infrastructure, automate deployment processes, and improve the reliability and scalability of applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, monitor systems, and ensure high availability and security of applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes

  • Manage cloud infrastructure and server environments

  • Monitor application performance and system reliability

  • Collaborate with developers to improve deployment workflows

  • Configure and maintain Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters

  • Implement security best practices and access controls

  • Troubleshoot production and infrastructure issues

  • Optimize system scalability, performance, and uptime

  • Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring systems


Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible

  • Understanding of networking, DNS, and load balancing

  • Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Shell

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana

  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

  • Experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

  • Familiarity with microservices architecture

  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards

  • Certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Kubernetes certifications are a plus


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Helm and ArgoCD

  • Knowledge of serverless architecture

  • Experience with NGINX or Apache configuration

  • Understanding of database management and scaling

  • Familiarity with incident management and logging systems

  • Full-time / Remote / Hybrid

  • Fast-paced engineering environment

  • Collaboration with development, QA, and security teams
