General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager – IT to lead and oversee the organization’s technology operations, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will align IT strategy with business goals, ensure robust systems performance, and drive innovation across all technology functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with business objectives

• Lead IT operations including infrastructure, networks, systems, and enterprise applications

• Oversee IT budgeting, cost optimization, and resource allocation

• Ensure data security, compliance, and risk management across all systems

• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party services

• Drive digital transformation and adoption of new technologies

• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices

• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to achieve high performance

• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime and quick issue resolution

• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify technology-driven business opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise systems

• Proven experience in strategic planning and project management

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives

• Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise architecture

• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
