You will play a key role in operating machinery, producing precision components, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The role involves working with various machine tools, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring that all components meet exact specifications. You will collaborate with production and engineering teams to support smooth manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

  • Set up machines and adjust controls for accurate production

  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment

  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize processes

  • Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company procedures


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a machinist or in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of machining processes and tools

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings

  • Attention to detail and precision in work

  • Basic understanding of safety practices in manufacturing

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Desirable

  • Experience with CNC machines

  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software

  • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
